What I Offer
NWA Integrative Behavioral Health provides behavior-focused support for nervous system health through integrative coaching and herbal consultations. Our work centers on helping individuals build sustainable habits around food, movement, rest, and daily rhythms by addressing the underlying nervous system patterns that influence behavior.
We specialize in supporting clients who feel stuck in cycles of inconsistency, overwhelm, or burnout, including those with neurodivergent wiring or a history of chronic stress.
Our approach is observational, non-diagnostic, and grounded in evidence-informed principles of behavior change, nervous system regulation, and whole-person care.
Rather than relying on willpower or rigid plans, we help clients create practical systems that work with their minds and bodies, promoting steadier energy, improved self-trust, and long-term health.
NWA Integrative Behavioral Health does not provide medical or mental health treatment. Services are offered as educational, supportive, and wellness-focused care and are designed to complement, not replace, licensed medical or mental health services.

A nervous-system–informed approach to sustainable behavior change
Wonderfully Wired
Wonderfully Wired is the foundation of care at NWA Integrative Behavioral Health. Rooted in Scripture and informed by neuroscience, this approach recognizes that behavior is shaped by nervous system capacity, lived experience, and long-term stress, not a lack of discipline or desire.
Rather than relying on willpower or pressure, Wonderfully Wired supports sustainable change by working with the way the brain and body are designed. Trauma-aware and neurodivergent-affirming, this framework prioritizes regulation, accessibility, and compassionate structure so healthier patterns around food, movement, rest, and daily rhythms become possible over time.
The CARE System brings this approach into practice by focusing on Capacity, Accessibility, Regulation, and Evidence. Together, these elements replace shame-based cycles with steady formation, helping women build trust with their bodies, engage life more fully, and pursue health at a humane and faithful pace.
Your wiring is not the problem.
It is the place we begin.
Meet Jane Hanna Stoudt
Since 2008, I have provided integrative, nervous-system–focused care grounded in clinical herbalism, behavioral support, and faith-centered formation. The work of NWA Integrative Behavioral Health supports women in tending the body God designed while honoring the profound connection between nervous system health, daily behavior, and spiritual well-being.
This approach recognizes that chronic stress, trauma, and neurodivergent wiring often shape behavior, energy, sleep, and emotional regulation long before a person ever feels “unwell.” Herbal consultations form the practical foundation of care, offering education and personalized protocols designed to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, digestion, sleep, and emotional steadiness. Alongside this work, optional spiritual direction integrates Scripture, prayer, and attentive listening, creating space for women to reconnect with God in ways that feel grounded, unforced, and restorative.
Care is offered for women who feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, spiritually weary, or worn down by the long-term effects of stress and survival-mode living. Sessions are unhurried and attentive, emphasizing observation, education, and sustainable behavior support rather than quick fixes or performance-driven change. As the nervous system settles, many women find greater clarity, increased capacity for rest, and a renewed ability to remain present with God and with their own bodies.
This work is not centered on symptom management or spiritual striving, but on formation. Together, we slow down, listen carefully to what the body and inner life are communicating, and allow restoration to unfold at a faithful and humane pace. Supporting nervous system health often reduces physiological overwhelm, creating space for discernment, prayer, and deeper trust to take root over time.
NWA Integrative Behavioral Health honors the body as a gift entrusted by God and understands care for it as an act of stewardship. Herbalism, behavioral support, and spiritual direction are held together with reverence, clarity, and humility, acknowledging how suffering and stress shape the human experience while trusting the Holy Spirit to guide the work of healing. Care is offered with gentleness and respect for each woman’s story, attending to the whole person as a sacred life entrusted to God’s care.

For the first time in a long time, my faith didn’t feel like another demand. It became a place of rest. I felt cared for as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms.”

“I appreciated how practical and reverent Jane was. Her herbal support helped my nervous system settle, and that made space for prayer and Scripture to feel accessible again. FAQs
Common Questions
What can I expect in a session?
Sessions are intentionally unhurried and structured to support clarity, regulation, and practical forward movement. We begin by getting oriented to what is happening in your nervous system and daily life right now, not just what feels “wrong,” but what has been demanding your energy, attention, and capacity. This includes discussion of stress patterns, health history, current routines, and the behaviors that feel hardest to sustain.
Together, we identify where overwhelm or inconsistency is showing up and explore what may be interfering with follow-through. Rather than focusing on willpower or self-correction, we look at capacity, nervous system regulation, and the practical conditions needed for change. This often brings relief, as many people discover their struggles make sense when viewed through this lens.
When herbal support is part of care, recommendations are discussed clearly and collaboratively. You will understand why each herb is suggested, what it is intended to support, and how it fits into your daily rhythms. Education is emphasized so you feel informed and confident, not dependent or uncertain.
Scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection may be integrated as desired, offering space for discernment, meaning-making, and grounding. These practices are never rushed or performative and are used to support presence and attentiveness rather than pressure or striving.
How is faith included in herbal care?
Faith is not added on to the work. It shapes the posture and pace of care itself. Herbal support focuses on the practical work of tending the body’s stress response, nervous system regulation, and physiological resilience. This care is grounded in the belief that the body God designed deserves thoughtful, attentive stewardship rather than force or neglect.
Scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection may be integrated as supportive practices to help clients make sense of their lived experience, notice God’s presence, and discern next steps with clarity rather than pressure. These elements are offered gently and never used to explain away symptoms, rush healing, or bypass the realities of stress, trauma, or exhaustion.
The goal is whole-person care that honors both body and soul. As the nervous system becomes more supported, many clients find greater capacity to reflect, pray, and engage Scripture without feeling overwhelmed or performative. Faith is held as a source of meaning, grounding, and hope, allowing restoration to unfold at a steady and humane pace.
Care is always collaborative and respectful. Faith-informed practices are included in ways that support regulation, attentiveness, and formation, while honoring each person’s comfort level and season of life.
Do I have to be Christian to receive care?
This care is faith-centered and rooted in Scripture. While clients are not required to hold specific beliefs, care is offered within a Christian framework that honors biblical theology and spiritual formation. Respect for each individual’s background and pace is maintained throughout the process.
Is herbal care safe if I take medications or have complex health needs?
Safety is a priority. All herbal recommendations are made with careful attention to medications, health history, and individual tolerance. When additional oversight is needed, collaboration with or referral to licensed healthcare providers is encouraged.
Who is this care for?
This care is for women experiencing chronic stress, trauma-related overwhelm, or nervous system strain who want an approach that honors both their faith and their physiology. It is especially supportive for those who feel spiritually worn down and need a slower, steadier way to heal and reconnect with God.
